This policy explains how KisanPride LLP (“we”, “us”) handles personal information collected through https://kisanpride.com. We have written it to describe what actually happens, in plain language, rather than to cover every theoretical possibility.

Who we are

What we collect

We collect personal information in one place only: the Request a Quote form. When you submit it, we receive whatever you chose to enter, which may include:

• your name
• your company name
• your business email address
• your phone or WhatsApp number
• the product, quantity, destination country and port, packaging requirement and timeline you specified
• any message you wrote

Only your name and email address are required. Every other field is optional, and the form works without them.

We do not run analytics, advertising or tracking scripts on this website. We do not set cookies. We do not attempt to identify visitors who do not contact us.

Why we hold it, and on what basis

We use the information you send for one purpose: to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to business, to correspond with you about that business. We do not use it for marketing unless you separately ask us to, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Where data protection law requires us to state a legal basis, ours is your consent in submitting the form, and our legitimate interest in replying to a commercial enquiry addressed to us.

Who else sees it

Two third parties are involved in delivering your enquiry to us:

• Web3Forms processes the form submission and forwards it to us by email. Your data passes through their systems in transit.
• Google (Gmail) hosts the mailbox that receives it.

Both are used solely to deliver and store your message. Beyond these, we share your information with no one, except where we are legally required to do so.

Where it is held

Your enquiry is delivered to and stored in a mailbox operated by Google, whose servers are located outside India, and it passes through Web3Forms in transit. If you are contacting us from the UK, the European Union or another region with data transfer rules, please be aware that submitting the form involves an international transfer of your information for this purpose.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email records for as long as the commercial relationship or conversation remains relevant, and for any period we are required to retain business correspondence. If an enquiry does not lead to business and you ask us to delete it, we will.

Security

The website is served over HTTPS, so information you submit is encrypted in transit. Enquiries are received in a mailbox protected by access controls. No transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure, and we would rather say that plainly than imply otherwise.

Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what information about you we hold
• correct anything that is wrong
• delete what we hold, where we are not required to keep it
• stop using it for anything beyond replying to you

Children

This is a business-to-business website and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
