Sourcing

We work through grower partners in Indian agricultural belts rather than buying blind from open markets wherever this is possible. Knowing the origin of a lot is the foundation of everything that follows; without it, no amount of downstream checking fully compensates.

Evaluation

Every lot is inspected before it moves forward. Depending on the product, that means checking for:

• size, maturity and uniformity
• moisture condition
• foreign matter
• damaged, immature or sprouted material
• colour and aroma characteristics

Material that fails inspection is not packed for export.

Laboratory testing

Where a buyer specifies parameters — curcumin content, moisture limits, microbiological standards, pesticide residues — testing can be arranged through independent laboratories and the results documented with the consignment. Independent laboratory results accompany the consignment, rather than self-issued certificates.

Preparation and processing

Cleaning, drying, grinding and granulating are carried out under hygienic conditions and to the buyer's specification, including particle size, mesh and granule characteristics where relevant.

Packaging

Packing is chosen for the product and the journey rather than applied uniformly. That includes food-grade bags and liners, moisture-barrier lining for hygroscopic products, ventilated packing for fresh produce, and buyer-specified weights, markings and private-label formats.

Documentation

We prepare the commercial documentation a shipment requires and coordinate the certificates applicable to the product and destination. Requirements vary by market, so we confirm the specific list with each buyer rather than promising a fixed set.

Buyer communication

Pre-shipment samples, lot photographs and loading records are available so buyers can verify what they are receiving. Third-party inspection at our end is welcome.

Certification requirements vary widely by product and destination market, and we treat them as part of the specification rather than an afterthought.
